Girl Skateboard Deck Setup + Review (8.5)
– I recently tried this board with Thunders, and the pop felt quicker, as expected. I liked it a lot better than with Independents. (It’s just hard for me to get used to other trucks after years of skating Thunders haha.)
– Also, the nose was on the pointy side.
Dimensions for the Girl “Andrew Brophy: Oil Slick” 8.5 skateboard:
– Width: 8.5 inches
– Length: 32
– Nose: 7
– Tail: 6 11/16
– Wheelbase: 14 1/4
Thank you for being patient with my uploading schedule recently. As you might or might not know, I lost a family member a few weeks ago, which has affected me terribly. Also, I was questioning how good my videos actually are. I have ideas on how to improve now, mainly in terms of editing in more exciting ways.

What’s up, fellow skater? My name is Chris Frantz.
So, I personally experienced how much a negative mindset and a lack of confidence can hold someone back in skateboarding. I would say skating is AT LEAST 80% mental. After skating AND studying personal development for years, I learned a lot and turned things around. Now, my mission is to help you find the best mental and physical tips and boost your confidence so you can progress way faster in skating.
To do that, I make YouTube videos on mental and physical advice (including detailed trick tips) for progressing in skating.
